Dear Dream Makers and Dreamers,We spent two days in Ann Arbor Michigan with our Michigan YIP and watched the motion of impact in this special environment.

We have a lot to be proud of as our program is revitalized, taking lessons from the past, adapting, making change, becoming more leaner and more effective to win. The program has demonstrated remarkable resilience as the commitment from Head Coach Jim Harbaugh and the heart and souls of our core leadership are stronger than they ever have been and adding on to the previous three years of great programming are unprecedented. We have had the honor and time to truth talk to our young at-risk youth by leading from experience and actions of beating the unfairness of life to win from the various and diverse backgrounds we have all come from. We have won through trust and relationships associating with Winners to Win in great Academic institutions such as the University of Michigan with the Marines and our noblest profession of them all – teachers. We are associating Winners with these young boys from Detroit to change their lives and make an impact on all of those they engage with in their journey of life. Who’s Got it Better Than Us!
