Jumping For Joy
As we seek and enable the best conditions to win for greater impact into our inner cities during this extraordinarily challenging time, we have sought and hired a National Director of Research and Analytics. Her mission is to provide data-driven research-based information on post-program impact in academics, leadership, and character development of participants of the Youth Impact Program and its Programs Nationwide and World Wide. This data-driven research will also shape our curriculum in the front end to better teach, coach, and lead our programming. We are honored to announce and welcome Ms. Andie Jump our National Director of Research and Analytics to our YIP team.
Ms. Andie Jump earned her Bachelor’s Degree in education from Michigan State University where she was also certified as a mathematics and music teacher. She followed up with a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Fresno Pacific University. Her master’s thesis was on closing the academic achievement gap of African-American and Hispanic middle school boys. Her doctoral research in Educational Leadership at California State University, Fresno focused on the push-pull decision factors regarding tenured teachers’ reasons for leaving the profession.
We are JUMP-ing at the opportunity to make our Youth Impact Program stronger than it’s ever been!
Dream Up and Jump On!
